From a young age, he was immersed in the vibrant world of Indian street food. The lively markets, filled with the sights, sounds, and aromas of sizzling kebabs, tangy chaats, and an array of flavors, became a daily influence on his life. These experiences shaped his appreciation for how food is intricately woven into the soul of Indian culture.

Through his culinary explorations, Ravi uncovered the hidden gems of Indian cuisine, with a special focus on the rich traditions of Awadhi and Magadhi cooking. Awadhi cuisine, with its royal origins in Lucknow, mesmerized him with its complex layers of spices, slow-cooked meats, and tender kebabs. On the other hand, Magadhi cuisine, known for its simple yet earthy dishes, resonated deeply with Ravi, capturing the essence of India’s heartland. These two culinary styles, steeped in history yet often overshadowed, ignited Ravi’s passion for authentic Indian flavors.

Coming from a middle-class family, Ravi understood the deep connection Indians have with their food.
